Download and print this PDF (19cm x 40cm, can be resized), and write down five (or less) habits that you intend to be consistent in for forty days. Forty, because it is a number that often occurs in wayfaring in our tradition.

Colour in the circles for every day that you accomplish the action - it's that easy! You can start with the basics like the five fardh prayers, or reading a page of the Qur'an, or even stuff like reading any good book for 10 minutes a day. You can even color code your circles - for eg. green for days you're successful, yellow for days you're unable to do it with reason, red for days you just.. whatever-ed it. It's really up to you.
